| dc.description.abstract | سعت السلطات الوصية على قطاع التأمين في الجزائر إلى وضع إطار تشريعي متكامل للتأمين البنكي كأحد التوجهات الجديدة للمقاربة بين البنوك وشركات التأمين. يهدف البحث لتبيان الجانب التشريعي والتنظيمي للتأمين البنكي في الجزائر؛ تشخيص واقعه في شركات التامين الجزائرية ودراسة أهم أبعاد اتفاقية تأمين لايف الجزائر مع بنك الجزائر الخارجي. توصل البحث إلى أن محدودية التشريع لقائمة المنتجات الممكن توزيعها عرقل التوجه نحو الخدمات المالية المتكاملة.
