| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الد ا رسة إلى معرفة الاتصال المؤسساتي ود وره في العملية التعليمية، ولأن الاتصال له أهمية في كل مؤسسة بمختلف أنواعها حظي بالاهتمام من طرف الباحثين، خاصة في علوم التربية والتعليم. فهو عملية تبادل المعلومات والأفكار بين الأستاذ والتلميذ وادارة المؤسسة. وعليه لكي يكون فعالا يجب تفادي الإخلال بأحد عناصره حيث يجب أن عمل على ضمانه بين المرسل والمستقبل عن طريق تفادي أي خلل في عنصر من هذه العناصر، وعليه فقد حاولنا إب ا رز مكانته في التعليم من خلال التطرق إلى بعض المعايير التي يجب أن تتضمنها العملية الاتصالية لتحقيق أهداف إيجابية للمؤسسة. كلمات مفتاحية: الاتصال؛ المؤسسة؛ التلميذ؛ المعلم؛ التعليمية. Analyses the impertant rôle of de the institutional communication withe it educational process because off the impact of any in stitution witch differs from a place to another especially in learning and education. It is an ideas ex changing process amoung teahers; students and adminstration in orther to cerate all kind if effectiveness or effectivity to avoid ignorance and disruption of any element more than that to contribute and assure the right conneetion between senders and the receivevs. Therefor we ar trying to highlight the status of communction in education by addressing some standars that must be in cluded in the communication ti reash some positive bargets or gools for the interest of all in situtions. | |
