| dc.description.abstract | نظرا للمشاكل البيئية والاجتماعية التي تحدث في العالم برز الاهتمام بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية، حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح مدى أهمية تبني المؤسسات للمسؤولية الاجتماعية ومساهمتها في تحسين أداء المؤسسة وتحقيقها لأهدافها. وبهذا توصلنا إلى أن المسؤولية الاجتماعية لا تشكل عبأ على المؤسسة بل تعود بالفائدة عليها، من خلال استقطاب الزبائن وكسبها سمعة جيدة وبقائها في السوق وتحقيق الربح، كشركة تويوتا التي اهتمت بالبيئة ومتطلبات أصحاب المصلحة ومختلف فئات المجتمع هذا ما ساعدها على تحقيق الربح. This study aims to clarify the importance of adopting the institutions of social responsibility and its contribution to improve the performance of the institution and achieve its goals. We found that social responsibility is not a burden on the organization, but it benefits the company, by attracting customers and gain a good reputation and stay in the market and make profit, such as Toyota, which cared about the environment and the requirements of stakeholders and various segments of society, which helped them to make profit. | |
