| dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to shed light on the topic of motivation and job performance in the economic institution, where incentives are considered as developmental methods that help workers to perform their duties. Motivation is to find the means that can raise and promote the human resources to better performance and improve their productive cycle. These methods occupy a prominent place and receive a highly interest by the majority of workers' institutions and take top priority in the managers’ thinking in effective institutions. The possession of any human resource base by any institution is a catalyst that makes it a competitive force, distinguished from other similar global institutions. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء حول موضوع التحفيز و الأداء الوظيفي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، حيث أن الحوافز تعتبر من الأساليب التنموية التي تساعد العمال على أداء مهامهم، فالتحفيز هو إيجاد الوسائل التي من شأنها أن ترفع بالقوى البشرية إلى مزيد من البذل و العطاء و تحسين دورتهم الإنتاجية و هذه الأساليب تحتل مكانا بارزا و تلقى اهتماما بالغا لدى غالبية مؤسسات العمال و تأخذ أولوية قصوى في تفكير المدراء في المؤسسات الفاعلة و أن امتلاك أي مؤسسة قاعدة من الموارد البشرية محفزة فإنه يجعل منها قوى تنافسية تتميز على مثيلاتها في المؤسسات العالمية | ar |
