Abstract
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى ابراز الدور الذي تلعبه البرمجة بالأهداف في تخطيط الانتاج والمخزون بالمؤسسة الانتاجية، حيث تم تطبيق هذا الاسلوب في مؤسسة طبري لإنتاج القارورات البلاستكية، وذلك من اجل ايجاد كميات الانتاج والمخزون من كل نوع في كل فترة. تم التوصل الى الكميات المثلى من الانتاج والمخزون في كل فترة ومقارنة هذه الاخيرة بالإنتاج والمخزون الفعلي، ومن ثم تحليل اسباب الفرق بين النتائج.
This research paper aims to highlight the role played by goal programming in the planning of production and inventory in the production institution, where this method was applied in the Tabari Foundation for the production of plastic bottles, in order to find quantities of production and inventory of each type in each period. The optimal quantities of production and inventory were reached in each period and compared with the actual production and inventory, and then analyzed the reasons for the difference between the results.
