| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر التجارة الاجتماعية على رضا المستهلكين، بالإضافة إلى تبيان أهم أشكالها ومنافعها المحققة من خلال تبنيها بالنسبة للمستهلكين وأصحاب الأعمال التجارية، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم تصميم استبيان الكتروني بغرض جمع البيانات. تم توزيع 536 استبانة على عينة من مستخدمي الفيسبوك،حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: هناك أثر للتجارة الاجتماعية على رضا المستهلكين، وهذا راجع إلى أهم المزايا والمنافع التي تقدمها إلى مستهلكيها، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تبني مفهوم التجارة الاجتماعية عبر منصات و مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي . This study aimed to measure the impact of social trade on consumer satisfaction, in addition to showing its most important forms and benefits achieved by adopting it for consumers and business owners. To achieve the objectives of this study, an electronic questionnaire was designed to collect data. 536 questionnaires were distributed to a sample of Facebook users, where the study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: There is an impact of social commerce on consumer satisfaction, and this is due to the most important advantages and benefits it provides to its consumers.
