| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور التمكين من خلال أبعاده: المشاركة بالمعلومات، الحرية و الاستقلالية، العمل الجماعي، في تعزيز الإبداع لدى المشرفين بمؤسسة فرتيال – عنابة. وقد اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالإضافة للإستابانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث وزعت الإستبانة على عينة قدرها 32 مشرف، و أظهرت النتائج وجود أثر متوسط لأبعاد التمكين منفصلة على الإبداع التنظيمي، بالإضافة لوجود أثر قوي و إيجابي للتمكين ككل على الإبداع التنظيمي. This study aims to identify the role of empowerment through its dimensions: sharing information, freedom and independence, teamwork, in promoting creativity among supervisors at the Fertil Foundation - Annaba. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach and distributed the questionnaire to a sample of 32 supervisors. The results showed that there is an average effect of separate empowerment dimensions on organizational creativity, in addition to a strong and positive impact of empowerment as a whole on organizational creativity. | ar |
