dc.description.abstractهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة إزالة الغموض الذي يحيط بنفور الأفراد من المشاركة في بورصة الأوراق المالية، بالإضافة إلى إبراز بعض أهم النماذج والتجارب الدولية الناجحة والرائدة في مجال التوعية الاستثمارية في سوق الأوراق المالية، كما هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع التوعية الاستثمارية في الجزائر. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، حيث تبنت الدراسة أسلوب أخذ العينات الهادف لتحديد عينة قصدية مكونة من 71 مفردة تم اختيارهم على أساس امتلاكهم للمعرفة والفهم المناسبين لهذا الموضوع، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: - يشجع إدراج أدوات مالية إسلامية في بورصة الجزائر على المشاركة. - تحتاج برامج تعليم وتوعية المستثمرين المقدمة من طرف لجنة تنظيم عمليات البورصة ومراقبتها إلى مراجعة وتحديث. - تحتاج بورصة الجزائر إلى تطوير الأنظمة المعلوماتية والاستفادة من التجارب الدولية الناجحة في مجال التوعية الاستثمارية. This study aimed to try to eliminate the ambiguity surrounding the aversion of individuals to participate in the stock exchange, in addition to highlighting some of the most important successful and pioneering international models and experiences in the field of investment awareness in The stock market, as the study aimed to identify the reality of investment awareness in Algeria. To achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire was relied upon as a study tool, as the study adopted the purposeful sampling method to identify an intentional sample of 71 individuals was targeted on the basis of having the appropriate knowledge and understanding of this topic, and the study concluded a set of results, the most important of which are: - The inclusion of Islamic financial instruments on the Algiers Stock Exchange encourages participation. - Investor education and awareness programs provided by the (COSOB) need to be reviewed and updated. - The Algiers Stock Exchange needs to develop information systems and benefit from successful international experiences in the field of investment awareness.ar
