dc.description.abstractهدفت دراستنا إلى قيــــــاس الأثــــر بين الأسعار العالمية للمواد الغذائية الأساسية والفجوة الغذائية في الجزائر وذلك خلال الفتــرة (2004-2021)، باستخدام نموذج أشعة الانحدار الذاتي VAR، وقد خلصت النتائج إلى أن حوالي 77.73% من التغيرات في الفجوة الغذائية في الجزائر تفسرها التغيرات الحاصلة في أسعار المواد الغذائية الأساسية العالمية و الباقي تفسره عوامل أخرى لم تدرج في النموذج. وأن استجابة الفجوة الغذائية في الجزائر للأسعار العالمية للمواد الغذائية الأساسية تكون فورية على طول الفترة حيث سجلت أكبر استجابة في السنة الثانية و أقلها كانت في السنتين الأخيرتين، ويرجع كل هذا إلى أسباب عديدة أهمها درجة انكشاف الاقتصاد الجزائري. Our study aimed to measure the effect between the world prices of basic foodstuffs and the food gap in Algeria during the period (2004-2021), using the VAR model, and the results concluded that about 77.73% of the changes in the food gap in Algeria are explained by changes in the Global basic food prices and the rest are explained by other factors not included in the model. And that the response of the food gap in Algeria to international prices of basic foodstuffs is immediate throughout the period, as the largest response was recorded in the second year and the lowest was in the last two years, and all this is due to many reasons, the most important of which is the degree of exposure of the Algerian economy.ar
