| dc.description.abstract | انتشر الفساد بكل أنواعه في السنوات الأخيرة واتسعت مجالات ظهوره وأشكاله وأصبح ظاهرة عالمية، لا تقتصر على دولة أو منطقة معينة، بل يمتد إلى كافة المناطق والدول وأصبح يهدد الاقتصاد العالمي ليس فقط علة مستوى الدول النامية بل والدول المتقدمة أيضا. ومع تزايد أثاره السلبية سارعت منظمات وحكومات العالم إلى المناداة بمحاربته بكافة السبل والوسائل المتاحة، فان لم تحقق هذه المنظمات والحكومات هدف القضاء عليه كليا يمكنها أن تقلل من استفحاله بنسب متفاوتة من اجل تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. Administrative and financial corruption has become widespread in recent years, and its areas of expansion and forms have become more widespread. It has become a global phenomenon that is not limited to a particular country or region. It extends to all regions and countries and threatens the global economy not only in developing countries but also in developed countries. With the increasing negative impact, the world's organizations and governments rushed to call for combating it by all available means . If these organizations and governments do not realize the goal of eradicating it completely, they can reduce it to varying degrees in order to achieve sustainable development. | ar |
