Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور التعليم المحاسبي المهني كخطوة جديدة في المجـال الأكــاديمي، ومدى ملائمة مناهج التعليم المحاســبي الــدولي للمتطلبات المهنية وجعلها تتماشى مع التغيرات والتطورات الحاصلة في البيئة المحاسبية. حيث قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من الممارسات الدولية لبعض الهيئات المهنية الرائدة وبعض التجارب الدولية الناجحة فـي هـذا المجال، التي بدورها تحدد الكفاءات المطلوبة من خلال مجموعة من المعايير والتقييمات الدورية التي تصنع الكفاءات لغرض تطوير التعليم المحاسبي كالتركيز على اكتساب مهارات المهنية التي تفيد المتربص في مجال التوظيف والعمل.
This study aims to highlight the role of professional accounting education as a new step in the academic field, and the suitability of international accounting education curricula to professional requirements and making them in line with changes and developments in the accounting environment.
Where the study presented a set of international practices for some leading professional bodies and some successful international experiences in this field, which in turn determine the required competencies through a set of standards and periodic evaluations that create competencies for the purpose of developing accounting education, such as focusing on acquiring professional skills that benefit the stalker in the field of employment and work.
