| dc.description.abstract | تعدّ صناديق الاستثمار الإسلامية من أهم المؤسسات المالية الإسلامية التي عرفت انتشاراً واسعاً في الآونة الأخيرة، حيث اكتست مكانتها الهامة بفضل الدور الذي تقوم به، والمتمثل في جذب المدخرات- خاصة من صغار المدخرين- وتوجيهها نحو استثمارات متنوعة ومتوافقة مع الأحكام الشرعية، وذلك بإتاحة الفرصة لهم لشراء وثائق الصناديق بمبالغ صغيرة وملائمة، وهي بذلك تقدّم العديد من المزايا للمستثمرين والاقتصاد بصفة عامة ولسوق الأوراق المالية بصفة خاصة. وبخصوص صناديق الاستثمار الإسلامية في المملكة العربية السعودية، فقد شهدت نموّاً ملحوظاً من سنة لأخرى، وهو ما يفسّرطلب وإقبال المستثمرين عليها؛ مما أسهم في انتشارها، وشجّع المصارف والمؤسسات المالية على إنشاء صناديق إسلامية جديدة، ورغم النجاح المعتبر الذي حقّقته التجربة السعودية في هذا المجال؛ يبقى تأثير نشاط صناديق الاستثمار الإسلامية على أداء سوق الأسهم السعودي محدوداً وضئيلاً، وهو ما يستدعي ضرورة الاهتمام أكثر بإنشاء الصناديق المغلقة لأن تأثيرها يكون مباشراً وكبيراً في السوق. Islamic investment funds are among the most important Islamic financial institutions that have gained widespread popularity in recent times, as they have gained an important position thanks to the role they play, which is to attract savings - especially from small savers- and direct them towards diversified investments that are compatible with Shariah provision, by giving them the opportunity to purchase the funds' documents in small and convenient amounts, and thus, it offers many advantages to investors, the economy in general, and the stock market in particular. With regard to Islamic investment funds in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, they have witnessed a remarkable growth from year to year, which explains the demand and appetite of investors for them. This contributed to its spread and encouraged banks and financial institutions to establish new Islamic funds. Despite the considerable success achieved by the Saudi experience in this field; The impact of the activity of Islamic investment funds on the performance of the Saudi stock market remains limited and insignificant, which calls for the need to pay more attention to establishing closed-end funds because their impact is direct and significant in the market. Les Fonds Islamiques d’Investissement sont parmi les institutions financières islamiques les plus importantes qui ont connu une grande diffusion dernièrement, cette position importanteacquise est dûau rôle qu'ils jouent, qui est d’attirer l’épargne - en particulier des petits épargnants - et del'orienter vers des investissements diversifiés et compatibles avec les dispositions de la Charia, en leuroffrant la possibilité d’acheter des documents de fondsen quantités réduites et appropriées, et offrant ainsi de nombreux avantages aux investisseurs et à l’économie en général et au marché boursier en particulier. En ce qui concerne les fonds d’investissement islamiques en Royaume d’Arabie Saoudite, il y avait eu une croissance remarquable d’une année à une l’autre, ce qui explique la demande des investisseurs; Ceci a contribué à sa propagation et a encouragé les banques et les institutions financières à établir de nouveaux fonds islamiques, malgré le succès considérable obtenu par l’expérience saoudienne dans ce domaine; L’impact de l’activité des fonds d’investissement islamiques sur la performance du marché boursier saoudien reste limité et insignifiant, Ce qui appelle la nécessité de prêter plus d’attention à la mise en place de fonds fermés car leur impact est direct et significatif sur le marché. | ar |
