Abstract
he concept of administrative development is often addressed in management theory, but the social dimensions of administrative development make it related to sociological thought in its administrative orientations, or to the sociology of organizations. Therefore, this article aims to give a theoretical reading of the concept of administrative development according to the socio-organizational perspective. The article is based on the question of how administrative development appears in the classic theory of organizations’ sociology and its development in the modern theory
