dc.description.abstractنال كل من الابتكار التكنولوجي والاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر اهتماما واسعا في الأدبيات حول دورهما في تعزيز النمو الاقتصادي. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار العلاقة بين الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، الابتكار التكنولوجي و النمو الاقتصادي للاقتصاد التركي خلال الفترة الممتدة ما بين 1990-2014 باستخدام اختبار التكامل المتزامن لEngle-Granger. و قد أشارت النتائج التجريبية عن وجود علاقة معنوية موجبة بين الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، الابتكار التكنولوجي و النمو الاقتصادي على المدى الطويل و القصير. و تقدم هذه الورقة أيضا دروسا قيمة و رؤيا إستراتيجية للحكومة الجزائرية التي تطمح إلى التقدم التكنولوجي وجلب مزيد من الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة. Technological innovation and foeign direct investment have both attracted quite a considerable attention in the literature about their role promoting economic growth. This study aims to examines the relationship between foreign direct, technological innovation and economic growth for Turkish economy using Engle-Granger co integration test during 1990-2014. The empirical results have indicated the presence of significant positive relationship between foreign direct investment, technological innovation and economic growth in short and long term. This paper also provides valuable lessons and strategic insights for Algeria government that aspires to the technological progress, in additional to brings more foreign direct investments infows for promote economic growth.
