Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مساهمة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في إعادة هيكلة وتطوير الاقتصاد الجزائري من خلال تقييم هذه المؤسسات ما بين الفترة الممتدة من 2016 الى 2022 حيث كان الهدف الرئيسي من هذه الدراسة معرفة مدى مساهمة هذه المؤسسات على تنويع الاقتصاد، من خلال المساهمة في الناتج الداخلي الخام في خلق القيمة المضافة ومناصب الشغل وترقية الصادرات خارج المحروقات، كما ان الجزائر كرست مجهودات كبيرة تجسدت في هياكل الدعم للنهوض بهذا القطاع، لكن هذا المجال تعترضه الكثير من المشكلات تتطلب تبني استراتيجية واضحة لدعم هذه المؤسسات والرفع من قدرتها التنافسية في الأسواق الدولية.
This study aims to highlight the contribution of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to the restructuring and development of the Algerian economy by evaluating these enterprises between 2016 and 2022. The main objective of this study was to know the extent to which these enterprises contributed to the diversification of the economy, through their contribution to the gross domestic product, creating added value, creating jobs, and promoting exports outside of hydrocarbons. Algeria has also made great efforts, which have been embodied in support structures to promote this sector.
However, this field is faced with many problems that require the adoption of a clear strategy to support these enterprises and increase their competitiveness in international markets.
