| dc.description.abstract | في ظل وجود أزمة اقتصادية مالية فان أسعار لنفط تأثرت تأثرا بالغا بها ورغم إن الجزائر لم تتأثر كثيرا بالأزمة في بدايتها نتيجة الاحتياطي الضخم من العملات الصعبة التي حققها في السنوات الماضية ، وتحديداً من خلال بيع النفط خلال الارتفاع الكبير الذي شهدته هذه الأسعار الفترة الماضية إلا انه بدا يتأثر بالأزمة وأسعار النفط تدهورت في الفترة الأخيرة و أصبحت غير مستقرة . ويهدف هذا البحث إلى التنبؤ بأسعار النفط الجزائري في السنة الحالية 2018 والتنبؤ هنا سيكون باستخدام السلاسل الزمنية وسنستخدم هنا نماذج arima لان سلسلة المتغير التابع لم تستقر الا بعد اجراء الفرق الاول لها ، وبما لن النموذج يعاني من بعض المشاكل المتعلقة بالبواقي فضلنا اخذ اخطاء ARCH في الاعتبار عند اجراء التنبؤ In light of the financial crisis, the oil prices have been severely affected. Although Algeria was not affected by the crisis at the beginning of the result of the huge reserve of hard currency achieved in the past years, specifically through the sale of oil during the sharp rise witnessed by these prices in the past period, Appeared to be affected by the crisis and oil prices deteriorated recently and became unstable , this research aims at forecasting the Algerian oil prices in the current year 2018 and the prediction here will be using the time series and we will use arima models here because the variable variable series has not stabilized until after the first difference has been made.
