| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على عوامل نجاح تجربة التحول الرقمي في سنغافورة، وتصدرها لمراتب عالمية في مؤشرات التحول الرقمي، حيث عملت هذه الدولة على وضع خطط استراتيجية شاملة للتحول الرقمي، تستند إلى بنية تحتية تكنولوجية متكاملة. كما تهدف إلى إبراز وتحليل مؤشرات التحول الرقمي، والمتمثلة في: مؤشر المعرفة، مؤشر الابتكار، مؤشر الجاهزية الشبكية، ومؤشر التنافسية الرقمية. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن نجاح تجربة سنغافورة يعود إلى توليفة نموذج المنصة الوطنية الذكية للتحول الرقمي مع الرؤية الثاقبة لصانعي القرار في البلاد، وهو ما ساهم بشكل فعّال في إنجاح عملية التحول الرقمي، خاصة في ظل التحديات والأزمات التي تنشأ. This study aims to shed light on the success factors of Singapore’s digital transformation, and its top global rankings in digital transformation indicators, as this country has worked to develop plans for digital transformation, where an integrated technological infrastructure is required. It also aims to highlight and analyze digital transformation indicators represented by the knowledge index. , Innovation Index, Network Readiness Index, and Digital Competi-tiveness Index. The study concluded that the success of the Singapore experience is due to the combination of the smart national platform model for digital transformation, and the in-sightful vision of this country’s decision-makers, which effectively contributed to the success of digital transformation, especially in light of the challenges and crises that arise. | |
