| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل مدى توجه الطلبة الجامعيين نحو استحداث مؤسسات ناشئة بعد التخرج، في حالة توفر الدعم المالي والدعم غير المالي، حيث تم إجراء الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 190 طالب جامعي بالمركز الجامعي ميلة مستوى 3 ليسانس والماستر. بعد القيام بعملية التحليل من خلال برنامج SMART PLS V4 تم التوصل إلى أن كلا المتغيرين المستقلين، المتمثلان في الدعم المالي والدعم غير المالي يؤثران بشكل إيجابي على توجه الطلبة الجامعيين نحو استحداث مؤسسات ناشئة بعد التخرج. This study aimed at analyzing the extent to which university students tend to create start-up companies after graduation, If financial and non-financial support is available, , The study was conducted on a sample of 190 university students at Mila University Center. After carrying out the analysis process through SMART PLS V4 program, it was concluded that both variables are independent, The two forms of financial support and non-financial support positively affect the university students' orientation towards establishing start-up institutions after graduation. | ar |
