| dc.description.abstract | تهدف الدراسة إلى تشخيص مدى اهتمام المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية بدمج البعد البيئي من خلال السعي إلى تبني نضام إداري كفيل بتحسين أدائها البيئي، وقد تضمن الدراسة الميدانية إبراز مدى توافق النشاط الصناعي لوحدة إنتاج الدهن –سوق أهراس مع أهداف حماية البيئة وكيفية تعاملها مع القضايات والانشغالات البيئية . وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أن المؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية ما تزال لا تتحكم جيدا في سيرورات الإدارة الحديثة ،وأنها تركز على أدائها التشغيلي من خلال اتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة للتعامل مع المشكل البيئي بهدف المطابقة القانونية .وهذا ما يؤكد أن القطاع الصناعي في الغالب يفضل منطق الربح على الاستدامة . The study aims to diagnose to what extent of the Algerian companies interest in integrating the environmental dimension, with adoptingan managerial system capable to improve their environmental performance. The case study shows the extent of compatibility of industrial activity of ENAP production -unit of Souk Ahras- with the objectives of environmental protection, and how it deals with environmental issues and concerns. The results of the study showed that the Algerian industrial companies still do not have good control on modern management processes. Also, they focus on their operational performance through taking the appropriate procedures to deal with the environmental problem to comply with legislation.Therefore,the industrial sector mostly prefers profit logic instead of sustainability | ar |
