dc.description.abstractهدفت الدراسة التعرّف الى دور أنظمة دعم القرار في نجاح إدارة الأزمات لقطاع التأمين الفلسطيني وتحديداً لشركة الملتزم للتأمين والاستثمار من أجل تطوير أنظمة دعم القرار لزيادة فاعلية إدارة الأزمات التي تواجهها ، وقد استخدم الباحث لهذا الغرض أداة الاستبانة لجمع البيانات من مجتمع الدراسة المكوّن من (98) وهم صانعي ومتخذي القرارات في شركة الملتزم للتأمين والاستثمار -موظفي الإدارات العليا والوسطى وجميع المدراء-، ، وقام الباحث بتحليل البيانات بواسطة البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS وتم إجراء الدراسة وفق المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لأنه الأنسب لطبيعة هذه الدراسة. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها الآتي: وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أنظمة دعم القرار ونجاح إدارة الأزمات في شركة الملتزم للتأمين والاستثمار، في مرحلة اكتشاف الإنذار المبكر الإنذار لحدوث الأزمات، وفي مرحلة الاستعداد والوقاية أثناء الأزمات، وفي مرحلة احتواء الأضرار أو الحد منها أثناء إدارة الأزمات، وفي مرحلة استعادة النشاط الاعتيادي أثناء إدارة الأزمات، وفي مرحلة التعلم كمرحلة من مراحل إدارة الأزمات. The study aimed to identify the role of decision support systems in the success of crisis management for the Palestinian insurance sector, specifically for Al-Multazim Insurance and Investment Company, in order to develop decision support systems to increase the effectiveness of crisis management they face, and for this purpose the researcher used the questionnaire tool to collect data from the study population consisting of (98) They are the makers and decision-makers in Al-Multazim Insurance and Investment Company - the employees of the upper and middle departments and all the managers -, and the researcher analyzed the data using the SPSS statistical program, and the study was conducted according to the descriptive analytical approach because it is the most suitable for the nature of this study. The study found several results, the most prominent of which are the following: The existence of a statistically significant relationship between decision support systems and the success of crisis management in Al-Multazim Insurance and Investment Company, in the stage of discovering early warning and warning of the occurrence of crises, and in the stage of preparedness and prevention during crises, and in the stage of containing or reducing damages during Crisis management, and in the stage of restoring normal activity during crisis management, and in the learning stage as a stage of crisis management.ar
