| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى مساهمة الرقمنة في تحسين جودة الخدمة العمومية، من خلال تسليط الضوء على متطلبات الإدارة الإلكترونية (كفاءة الموارد البشرية، البنية التحتية للاتصال، وضمان أمن المعلومات)، ودورها في تحقيق أهم أبعاد جودة الخدمات. قمنا بإجراء دراسة ميدانية على مستوى الجماعات المحلية من ولاية البيض، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم إعداد استبيان وتوزيعه على عينة مكونة من 65 موظفًا، حيث تم استرجاع 55 استبيانًا صالحًا للدراسة. وقد اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لوصف وتحليل الموضوع بناءً على إشكالية الدراسة وأسئلتها الفرعية. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود أنعكاس عالي المستوى عند تطبيق الرقمنة في تحسين جودة الخدمات العمومية في المؤسسات الجزائرية . The study aims to identify to what extent e-administration contributes to improving the quality of public service by highlighting the requirements of electronic management (efficiency of human resources, communication infrastructure, ensuring information security) and its role in achieving the most important dimensions of the quality of services. We conducted a field study in the municipality of Al-Beydh state, and to achieve these bjectives, we designed a questionnaire and distributed it to a study sample consisting of 65 employees, and 55 studyable questionnaires were retrieved, as we relied on the descriptive-analytic approach to describe and analyze the study based on the problem and sub-questions. The study concluded that the application of digitalization to improve the quality of public services in Algerian institutions has a high-level impact. | |
