dc.description.abstractهدفت هذه الدراسة الى معالجة مفهوم الحوكمة المصرفية وعلاقتها بالأداء في البنوك التجارية، حيث تم التعرض الى المفاهيم والاساسيات المتعلقة بالحوكمة المصرفية ودورها في تحسين الأداء، وقد تمت الإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة من خلال اختبار الفرضيات المقترحة باستعمال الأدوات الإحصائية اللازمة لذلك بعدما تم توزيع استبيان على عينة من البنوك التجارية لولاية المسيلة وهو ما أمكننا من الوصول الى نتائج الدراسة، وهي ان البنوك التجارية تطبق مبادئ الحوكمة المصرفية، وهي تساهم في تحسين أدائها. This study aimed to address the concept of banking governance and its relationship with performance in commercial banks, where the concepts and fundamentals related to banking governance and its role in improving performance were exposed, and the problem of l study was solved by testing the hypotheses proposed using the statistical tools necessary for this after a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of commercial banks in the wilaya of M'sila, which allowed us to achieve the results of the study, namely that commercial banks apply the principles of banking governance and help improve their performance
