dc.description.abstractهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء حول مفهوم الديمقراطية التشاركية، ومدى أهميّتها في إرساء مبادئ الحكامة الجيّدة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة من خلال الميزانية التشاركية، في ظلّ فرض الحكم الراشد نفسه على الصعيد العالمي عبر مفهوم المواطنة في إطار الديمقراطية التشاركية. كما تحاول الدراسة توضيح تقدم وتبني الجزائر للديمقراطية التشاركية وتكريسها الضمني للميزانية التشاركية، في النموذج المبتكر للتنمية المستدامة والمندمجة مجسدا ببرنامج كابدال بالجزائر، مما سمح بتحديد عراقيل تفعيله من جهة، ومتطلبات تعزيزه من جهة أخرى. This study aims to know the concept of participatory democracy and its importance in establishing principles of good governance to achieve sustainable development This study aims to know the concept of participatory democracy and its importance in establishing principles of good governance to achieve sustainable development through the participatory budget, in light of the imposition of good governance itself at the global level through the concept of citizenship within the framework of representative democracy complemented by participatory. The study also tries to clarify Algeria's progress and adoption of participatory democracy and its implicit devotion to the participatory budget, in the innovative model of sustainable and integrated development embodied in the CapDel program in Algeria, which allowed identifying obstacles to its activation on the one hand, and the requirements for its enhancement on the other hand.
