dc.description.abstractتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التجاوب مع موضوع أصبح يطرح نفسه بإلحاح لفهم الإطار الذي يحيا فيه الإنسان ويستمد منه كل مقومات حياته، حيث تتمحور إشكالية البيئة في حماية الموارد الطبيعية التي تعني في الفكر الاقتصادي سطح الأرض لهذا ركزوا على أنها أصيلة ولا تهتلك، غير أن الفكر المعاصر ينظر إليها نظرة أكثر عمومية على أنها أشياء مادية لها قيمة اقتصادية لا علاقة للإنسان في وجودها، فالنشاط الاقتصادي يجري داخل إطار محدد زمانا ومكانا وهو ما يعني انه يتأثر بالبيئة الطبيعية التي تمثل الإطار العام للمجتمع الذي يمارسه ، وهذا النشاط الاقتصادي وإن كان يتأثر وفقا لمفهوم البيئة بمجموعة من المعطيات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والتاريخية فانه يعود ليؤثر بدوره فيها بما يخلق نوعا من العلاقة التبادلية بحيث يؤثر كل منهما في الأخر ويتأثر به.
