| dc.description.abstract | تهدف المداخلة الى توضيح مفهوم الأمن الغذائي وأهميته و مدى مساهمته في تحقيق الأمن القومي، بالإضافة الى دراسة واقع تأثير تغير المناخ على انتاج الغذاء وتأمينه، حيث يعتبر المناخ سببا من الاسباب الرئيسية لتقلبات الانتاج من عام الى اخر، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي للإلمام بالمفاهيم النظرية الخاصة بالأمن الغذائي و المنهج التحليلي في دراسة الانتاج الزراعي للحبوب بولاية أم البواقي بما فيها القمح بأنواعه والشعير و الخرطال للسنتين 2023/2022 و تأثيره بالتقلبات المناخية بالإضافة الى صحة النباتات وتأثيرها بالظواهر المناخية، تم التوصل في الاخير الى نتائج أهمها تحقيق الامن الغذائي في ظل التغيرات المناخية يتطلب جهودا مشتركة من المؤسسات و المجتمع المدني ،كما يجب تبني استراتيجيات شاملة للتكيف مع التغيرات المناخية وضمان توفير الغذاء الكافي و المستدام للجميع. Abstract: The intervention aims to clarify the concept of food security, its importance, and its contribution to achieving national security. Additionally, it examines the impact of climate change on food production and its availability, as climate is considered a major factor in production fluctuations from year to year. The descriptive method was utilized to understand the theoretical concepts of food security, and the analytical approach was employed to study grain production in the state of Oum El Bouaghi, including various types of wheat, barley, and oats for the years 2022/2023, It also investigated the effects of climate variability on plant health and phenomena, The main findings highlight that achieving food security in the face of climate change requires joint efforts from institutions and civil society. Furthermore, comprehensive strategies must be adopted to adapt to climate change and ensure adequate and sustainable food supply for all. | |
