dc.description.abstractتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الإشارة إلى أحد أهم المداخل التي يجب أن تعتمد عليها الجزائر لغرض ترقية التجارة الخارجية خارج المحروقات متمثلا في القطاع الفلاحي، إذ يعتبر هذا الأخير من أهم القطاعات التي تمتلك فيه الجزائر إمكانيات كبيرة تحتاج إلى استغلالها و تطوير طرق ووسائل الانتاج فيها مما يساهم في تنمية الصادرات الجزائرية خارج المحروقات، وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها أن منتوج التمور يعتبر من أهم المنتجات التي يمكن أن تساهم في تنمية الصادرات خارج المحروقات ،باعتبار أن الجزائر من أهم الدول المنتجة له من حيث الكمية و النوعية. The aim of thisstudyis to refer to one of the most important approachesthat Algeria shouldrely on in order to promoteforeigntradeoutside the hydrocarbonsrepresented in the agricultural sector. The latter is one of the most important sectors in which Algeria possessesgreatpotentialsthatneed to beexploited and development of ways and means of production. In the development of Algerian exports out of hydrocarbons. The studyconcludedthat the date productis one of the most important productsthat can contribute to the development of exports outsidehydrocarbons, consideringthat Algeria is one of the most productive countries in terms of quantity and quality
