Abstract
Puisque le cours de français de droit serait avant tout un cours de langue, une certaine connaissance de la langue et du vocabulaire particulièrement est nécessaire. Le langage juridique se réfère à des réalités précises et des techniques (dans sa synonymie et sa polysémie, etc.) qu’il s'agit de comprendre mais l’acquisition des termes juridiques est loin d’être une tache simple et au-delà des obstacles terminologiques, s’impose à l’étudiant l’ardue tache d’apprendre les structures linguistiques tout en attirant l’attention au passage sur le choix du bon dictionnaire juridique qui a tendance à atténuer ces difficultés concernant les termes de droit. Aussi la participation des étudiants en classe révèle leur difficulté à s’exprimer oralement.
Since the legal French course would be above all a language course, a certain knowledge of the language and vocabulary in particular is necessary. Legal language refers to precise realities and techniques (in its synonymy and polysemy, etc.) that must be understood, but the acquisition of legal terms is far from being a simple task and beyond the terminological obstacles, the student is faced with the arduous task of learning the linguistic structures while drawing attention in passing to the choice of the right legal dictionary which tends to attenuate these uncultivated difficulties concerning the legal terms. Also the participation of students in class reveals their difficulty in expressing themselves orally
