| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز دور التعليم المحاسبي في تحسين أداء الخدمات المحاسبية، وللإجابة على التساؤلات واختبار فرضيات الدراسة، اعتمد الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في إظهار وتوضيح الجانب النظري من خلال الدراسات السابقة والتأصيل المعرفي لمتغيرات الدراسة، وتحليل نتائج الدراسة الميدانية واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام البرنامج (spss ) وذلك بعد إجراء مسح وتوزيع الاستبانة على عينة الدراسة . وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها : ✓ يساهم التعليم المحاسبي في تطوير المهارات الشخصية والفك رية للطالب ؛ ✓ يساهم التعليم المحاسبي في سد الفجوة القائمة بين التعليم النظري والواقع المهني ، الأمر الذي ينعكس ايجابا على أداء الخدمات المحاسبية ؛ The study aimed to highlight the role of accountancy education in improving the performance of accounting services, and to answer questions and test the study's hypotheses. The researchers adopted the descriptive analytical approach by showing and by clarifying the theoretical aspect through previous studies and the cognitive rooting of the study variables, by analyzing the results of the field study and by testing the hypotheses using the spss program, after carrying out a survey and distributed the questionnaire to the study sample. The study achieved a set of results, the most important of which are: ✓Accountancy training contributes to the development of the student's personal and intellectual skills ✓Accountancy training helps bridge the existing gap . | |
