| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز دور السياسات المتبعة في الصناعة الدوائية بالجزائر في تعزيز تنافسية المنتجات الصيدلانية المحلية، خاصة أن الجزائر تسعى من خلال هذه السياسات الصناعية إلى تنظيم صناعة الدواء محليا وزيادة تنافسية المنتجات الصيدلانية المحلية في ظل تزايد المنافسة العالمية وتأثيراتها السلبية، وكذا استهداف الدخول إلى الأسواق الافريقية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن السياسات الدوائية الجزائرية أثرت على نسبة التركز الصناعي من خلال زيادة منح التراخيص الصناعية و الامتيازات الاستثمارية، كما أعطت الأولوية للمنتج المحلي على الأجنبي من خلال سياسة مشترياتها المعتمدة، والتحفيزات المقدمة. This research paper aims to illustrate the role of industrial policies in the pharmaceutical industry in Algeria to develop the competitiveness of local pharmac-eutical products, especially as Algeria seeks through these industrial policies to regulate the pharmaceutical industry locally and increase the competitiveness of local pharmaceutical products in light of increasing global competition and its negative effects, as well as Targeting access to African markets. The study concluded that the Algerian pharmaceutical policies have affected the industrial concentration through increasing the granting of industrial licenses and investment concessions. It also gave priority to the domestic product over foreigners through its approved procurement policy and the incentives offered. | ar |
