To achieve dynamic scalable and reliable web experience for the everyday user, web services are used and seen a promising software technology, which allows applications to interact with each other. They are composed or based on communication protocols, service descriptions and are set up on top of current Web protocols and based on open XML standards. Each day the number of These Web services found on the web is increasing in a rapid way, and managing them all is getting harder and trickier, therefor researchers came up with different approaches to make it easier for them to handle the huge number of services, provided on the Web. One of the newest must successful approaches is the clustering of Web services to minimize and make the discovery and composition of web services efficient and easier. Which follows and adheres by certain criteria and Algorithms to make it efficient and reliable?ar
