dc.description.abstractهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على موضوع نمذجة الطلب على العمل في سوق العمل في الجزائر للفترة (1982-2020)، باستخدام منهجية الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية المتباطئة(ARDL). تشير النتائج إلى وجود أثر إيجابي لكل المحددات مع بعضها، في حين هناك تأثير طردي للناتج المحلي الإجمالي والاستثمار، وعكسي للكتلة الأجرية والتضخم على الطلب على العمل، أما الإنفاق الحكومي، أسعار المستهلك وأسعار البترول فليس لها تأثير فردي، يفسر ذلك بوجود تأثير على المدى الطويل وذلك لوجود علاقة تكامل في الأجلين، والذي لا يمكن إدراكه في المدى القصير. This study aimed to shed light on the subject of modeling of labor demand in Algeria for the period (1982-2021), using the methodology of Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL). The results indicate that here is a positive effect of selected variables together, while there is a direct impact of GDP and investment, and the negative impact of wages and inflation on the demand for work in the labor market, Which is consist with the economic theory in this market, as for the rest of the factors represented in government spending, consumer prices and oil prices, they do not have an individual effect, this can be interpreted as having a long-term effect, as it cannot be achieved in the short term, This is due to the existence of an integration relationship between the variables in the long and short term.ar
