| dc.description.abstract | طرحت الدراسة إشكالية معرفية عميقة مرتبطة بفن ادارة السلوك التنظيمي بأسلوب الإيقاع الناعم في المنظمة اللطيفة.تتمحور أهمية الدراسة في التعريف بهذه الأساليب الجديدة التي تساهم في نجاح منظمات الأعمال الحديثة،متمثلة في(الإدارة بالعقيدة والأخلاق،الإدارة بالمرح والدعابة،القيادة بالذكاء العاطفي،رعاية الاهتزاز المتزامن في المنظمة،تقليص النشاز الموسيقي،صناعة العضو العاطفي في المنظمة)وهي كلها خيارات تقلص من الاضطرابات التنظيمية والإشكاليات الإدارية.هدفت الدراسة إلى التأكيد على تلك الأساليب الناعمة وطبعها في السلوك التنظيمي يكون له عائد ذو قيمة طويلة المدى في حياة المنظمة أفضل من أسلوب السيطرة الهرمية.وانتهت الدراسة إلى الاستثمار الذكي في المقياس العاطفي الذي يطور المنظمة . The study poses a deep cognitive problematic related to the art of managing organizational behavior in a soft rhythm style in a pleasant organization. The importance of the study centers on introducing these innovative methods that contribute to the success of modern business organizations, represented in: (management with faith and ethics, management with love, fun and humor, leadership with emotional intelligence care Synchronous vibration in the organization, reducing musical cacophony in the work environment, making emotional member in the organizationThese are all options that reduce organizational turmoil and administrative problems. The study aimed to emphasize those soft methods and their nature in organizational behavior that have a long-term value return in the life of the organization better than the hierarchical control method. The study ended with the smart investment in the emotional scale that develops the organization. | ar |
