dc.description.abstractتهدف الدراسة إلى تقييم فعالية أدوات بنك الجزائر في تحقيق هدف الاستقرار النقدي خلال الفترة 2002-2016، فضلا عن ذلك عرض وتقييم تجربة الجزائر حول تبني إستراتيجية استهداف التضخم خاصة مع ظهور الأحكام التشريعية المتعلقة بالأمر 10-04 الصادرة في أوت 2010، وقد توصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج كان أبرزها، أن السياسة النقدية لبنك الجزائر لم تحقق هدف الاستقرار النقدي خلال فترة الدراسة، وأن التوجه الحديث للسياسة النقدية في الجزائر لا يمكن اعتباره استهداف للتضخم بقدر ما يمكن اعتباره مدخل تجريبي للتنبؤ بمعدلات التضخم في المستقبل بسبب عدم توفر كل الشروط اللازمة The targeted study is the evaluation of the effectiveness of the bank of Algeria tools; to reach monetary stability during the period 2002-2016 as well as presenting and evaluating the Algerian experience in adopting the inflation targeting strategy especially with the appearance of the legislative provisions that has a relation with the order 04-10 that was issued in August. The study reached some results and the most notable one is that: the monetary policy of the bank of Algeria doesn't achieve the target of the monetary stability during the study period. And that the modern trend of the Algerian monetary policy can't be considered as an experimental entrance to predict the rates of future inflation because of the absence of all the necessary condition
