Our contribution in this work is based on the study of two phenomena in physics modeled by a set of fractional differential equations. This study makes it possible to make an extension towards stochastic fractional differential equations, via a simulation in Matlab. Subsequently, we apply this type of equations to the fields of semiconductors and nuclear physics. By deepening the understanding of these phenomena, we aim to offer new perspectives and tools for the analysis and simulation of complex systems in these fields of application.
