| dc.description.abstract | معرفة مقاصد المتكلمين في تعاملاتهم اللِّسانية اليوميَّة ضرورة تفرضها حاجة بني البشر بعضهم لبعض أخذا وعطاء، وبالنظر إلى طبيعة المقاصد الضِّمنية التي تتجاوز البنية اللُّغوية الظَّاهرية رأى علماء التَّداولية أنَّ الاعتماد على الوقائع والوسائط المُسهمة في إحداث واستمرار العملية التَّواصلية أمرا لابُدّ من استحضاره لمَا له من الأليات العبورية إلى مقاصد المتكلمين، فتُقرِّب الرؤى وتُحدث التفاعل المنشود، هذا من جهة تلقي الخطاب بين الانسان وأخيه الانسان سواء بالمباشرة أم بالوساطة(المكتوب). أمَّا من جهة تلقي الخطاب الدِّيني والتعامل النصوص الشرعيّة فقد أولى علماء الأصول المبحث المقاصدي اهتماما بالغا واعتبروه محور بحثهم خاصة عند غياب النص الصريح الدال على حكم من الأحكام. لهذا ستحاول هذه الدراسة التطرق لجهود لجهود علماء الأصول في كيفية تعاملهم مع الظاهر "اللفظ" وصولا إلى المضمر "القصد" Knowing the intentions of the speakers in their daily linguistic interactions is a necessity imposed by the need of human beings for one another to give and take. Given the nature of the implicit intentions that go beyond the surface linguistic structure, scholars of pragmatics believed that relying on the facts and means that contribute to the creation and continuation of the communicative process need to be taken into account because of its mechanisms in reaching speakers’ intentions. This bring the visions closer and make possible the desired interaction. This is in terms of speech perception among speakers, whether directly or through mediation (the written). As for receiving religious discourse and dealing with legal texts, fundamentalists have paid great attention to the study of intentions, and considered it the focus of their research, especially in the absence of an explicit text indicating a given ruling.
