| dc.description.abstract | تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية اشكالية النزاهة الاكاديمية في المؤسسة الجامعية باعتبارها أحد أساسيات العمل العلمي والمهني(السلوك الاخلاقي) وأشكال انتهاكها وإبراز أهمية نظام الجودة الشاملة والاعتماد الاكاديمي كأحد اليات تعزيز ثقافة النزاهة الأكاديمية وزيادة الاحترام والتقدير المحلي، والاعتراف العلمي بالمؤسسة الجامعية لما تقدمه من خدمات للطلاب والمجتمع من خلال المساهمة في تنمية المجتمع المحلي وهذا لن يتأتى إلا من خلال تنمية قيم الاخلاص والامانة والانتماء للمؤسسة الجامعية والقضاء على كل أساليب الغش والسرقة العلمية في التعليم وفي البحث العلمي من خلال توكيد الجودة. الكلمات المفتاحية: إدارة الجودة الشاملة – النزاهة الاكاديمية – المؤسسة الجامعية This paper discusses the problem of academic integrity in the university institution as one of the fundamentals of scientific and professional work (moral behavior) and forms of violation and highlighting the importance of total quality system and academic accreditation as one of the mechanisms to promote the culture of academic integrity and increase local respect and appreciation and scientific recognition of the university institution for its services to students and society By contributing to the development of the local community and this can only be achieved through the development of the values of loyalty and honesty and belonging to the university institution and the elimination of all methods of fraud and theft in scientific education and scientific research N through quality assurance. | |
