dc.description.abstractأثبت نظام (SCAMELS) لتقييم وتصنيف المؤسسات المصرفية، بأنه أداة رقابية فعالة لتقييم الأداء المالي للبنوك الاسلامية السعودية والتي أبانت عن تصنيف قوي لهذه البنوك من حيث ملاءة كفاية رأس المال، جودة الأصول، الربحية والسيولة، بعد إضافة معيار السلامة الشرعية إلى عناصر نظام (CAMELS)، وبالتالي فهو يتضمن عناصر فنية ومالية وإدارية تمكن من قياس سلامة أداء البنك من جميع الجوانب ثم تصنيفه واكتشاف أوجه الخلل المالي في أدائه قبل وقت مبكر حتى لا يتعرض لمشاكل مالية عاصفة تؤدي إلى انهياره، وبالتالي اتخاذ ما يلزم من سياسات وإجراءات وقائية أو مانعـة مـن وقوع الأزمات . The (SCAMELS) system for evaluating and rating banking institutions has proven to be an effective control tool for evaluating the financial performance of Saudi Islamic banks, which showed a strong rating for these banks in terms of capital adequacy, asset quality, profitability and liquidity, after adding the legitimacy safety criterion in addition to the elements of the (CAMELS) system. Therefore, it includes technical, financial and administrative elements that enable the measurement of the soundness of the bank’s performance from all sides, then categorize it and discover the financial defects in its performance before an early date so as not to be exposed to stormy financial problems that lead to its collapse, so that necessary policies and preventive measures can be taken to prevent financial crises from occurring.ar
