| dc.description.abstract | مستخلص تهدف الدراسة الى تحديد العوامل الأساسية المؤثرة في فاعلية نظام الرقابة الإدارية في بلديات محافظة الكرك ، حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع البلديات الموجودة في محافظة الكرك، وتمثل من جميع الموظفين الذين يعملون في بلديات محافظة الكرك وتكونت عينة الدراسة من عينة عشوائية (50) فردا من مجتمع الدراسة الكلي في محافظة الكرك. وتوصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها : لا يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) لأبعاد أساليب الرقابة (دور المسؤول في الرقابة الداخلية، ونظام المعلومات) في فاعلية نظام تقويم الأداء، وقبول الفرضية فيما يتعلق بمتغير التقارير الإدارية. واوصت الدراسة بضرورة تحسين مستوى الخدمات المقدمة للعاملين وتطوير البرامج التدريبية لتنمية مهاراتهم. This study aims at identifying the major factors affecting the efficiency of the administrative monitoring system at municipalities at Karak Province. Staff members working at every municipality in Karak Province were represented by a random sample of 50 interviewees. The main results of this study were: no significant effect for monitoring method on the efficiency of performance reformation system; monitoring methods were (the role of the supervisors in the internal monitoring and also the information system). Internal reporting system was also tested and found to have a significant effect on the efficiency of the monitoring system. This study recommended the necessity of improving the quality of services provided for staff and also creating and improving the training programs offered for staff of the municipalities to develop further their skills. | |
