| dc.description.abstract | لقد بلغ التقدم التكنولوجي وتزايد تكنولوجيا الاتصال والإعلام درجة كبيرة من التطور مما ساهم في التسريع في وتيرة العولمة و ذلك في شكل تبادلات تجارية وحركة رؤوس الأموال وتنقل الأفراد والأشخاص، وانتقال القناعات والثقافات ولقد كان لهذا التطور أثر واضح على التعليم العالي، لاسيما في الدول النامية و التي هي بحاجة ماسة إلى تنويع مؤسسات التعليم و تكييف برامجه بما يتماشى مع تنوع احتياجات الطلبة و متطلبات السوق الوطنية . وللوقوف على هذا الأمر كان لابد من محاولة إدراك وفهم دور الجودة ومفاهيمها كأحد أهم أدوات ضمان جودة التعليم العالي، لهذا أصبح “التميز“هو حجر الزاوية في كل الجامعات، و السعي نحو الحصول على الجودة، اكتسب طابعا ملحا في الآونة الأخيرة، هذا من جهة وزيادة قدرات ومهارات التعلم من جهة أخرى وبالتالي التنوع في البدائل العلمية والتعليمية Technological progress and the growth of communication and information technology have reached a high level of sophistication Which contributed to accelerating the pace of globalization n the form of trade exchanges, movement of capital and the movement of individuals and persons, And the transfer of convictions and cultures This development has had a clear impact on higher education, Particularly in developing countries Which are in dire need of diversifying educational institutions and adapting their programs In line with the diversity of students' needs and national market requirements.
