| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بسياسة توزيع الأرباح وإبراز أهميتها باعتبارها من القرارات الإستراتيجية في المؤسسة، حيث توجد العديد من العوامل والاعتبارات التي تحكمها وتحددها ينبغي أخذها بعين الاعتبار مثل تكلفة الوكالة، الضرائب، ومدى توفر السيولة على مستوى المؤسسة لتغطية توزيع الأرباح..، فكل هذه العوامل خلقت جدلية كبيرة بين الباحثين والمنظرين. كما تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إظهار أثر الحوكمة على سياسة توزيع الأرباح، باعتبارها الحكم الفاصل في التعارض الحاصل بين مصالح المساهمين والإدارة، حيث تعبر الحوكمة عن مجموعة من الآليات الرقابية على المؤسسة التي من شأنها خدمة كل الأطراف الفاعلة في المؤسسة.
