| dc.description.abstract | تعتبر التنشئة السياسية أحد أهم الدعائم التي تخدم السلوك الانتخابي،حيث لا يمكن تحقيق أهداف المشاركة الانتخابية بدون مشاركة سياسية فعلية وحقيقية من قبل شرائح المجتمع وعليه فان المشاركة الانتخابية تعتبر المظهر الرئيسي للديمقراطية حيث أن ازدياد المشاركة السياسية من قبل الشعب في العملية السياسية يمثل التعبير الحقيقي عن الديمقراطية،ولكن من أجل تحقيق مشاركة سياسية فعالة يتطلب تواجد مجموعة من الشروط لتحقيق ذلك،منها رفع درجة الوعي السياسي ،وحرية وسائل الإعلام،وحرية الرأي والتعبير،وتقوية وتفعيل التنظيمات السياسية الوسطية؛ وتفعيل دور المؤسسات في الدولة، كمؤسسات المجتمع المدني،وبناء المؤسسات السياسية القادرة على استيعاب القوى السياسية الراغبة في المشاركة السياسية. The political upbringing is considred as one of the most important props of the electoral behavior,in which the objectives of electoral participation can ‘t be reached without effective and real political participation of community layers,and so that electoral participation is considred as the main manifestation of democracy,in which the increase of people political participation in electoral process is the real aspect of democracy,but the achievement of effective political partcipation requires some cconditions such as: raise of political awarness, freedom of media,strengthen and activate the moderate political organizations,and activate role of the state institutions,such as institutions of civil society ,and building political institutions capable of absorbing political forces willing to political participation. | |
