Abstract
تلعب السياحة دور كبير في تطوير الاقتصاد وتساهم في تحقيق التنمية الشاملة من خلال مداخيلها
وإيراداتها، مما جعل لدولة تركز معظم توجيهاتها على تطوير الإمكانيات السياحية المتعدّدة، والعمل على تنظيم وتخطيط المجال السياحي من حيث حجم التدفقات السياحية وطاقات الإيواء والخدمات السياحية المقدمة... والتي من شأنها الدفع بعملية التنمية السياحية.
وتعتبر المقومات السياحية سواء كانت طبيعية أو بشرية أو مقومات أخرى هي العامل المؤثر الرئيسي
على جذب السواح إلى جانب المنشآت السياحية خاصة منها الفندقية، هذه الاخيرة التي تسعى جاهدة لتقديم أفضل الخدمات من أجل استقطاب أكبر عدد من السياح.
وتعتبر مدينة الوادي من أهم المناطق السياحية الصحراوية والتي تتميز بموقع حدودي استراتيجي، والذي يعتبر نقطة عبور مهمة بين تونس والجزائر، بالإضافة إلى كونها تتمتع بإرث سياحي كبير يتمثل في واحات النخيل والكثبان الرملية وشساعة الصحراء، وتراث عمراني ومعماري مميز.
ومن خلال هذه الدراسة سنسلط الضوء على مركب الغ ا زلة الذهبية الذي يقع بمدينة الوادي وإبراز دوره في تحقيق الجذب السياحي وتأثيره على مختلف الأنشطة الاقتصادية والبنى التحتية، ومدى مشاركة المجتمع المحلي في الارتقاء بالنشاط السياحي بتطوير الصناعات التقليدية وتوفير فرص العمل الموسمي والدائم، وبالتالي إدراك دور النشاط السياحي في تحقيق في التنمية المحلية بمدينة الوادي.

The city of El Oued is considered one of the most important Saharan tourist areas, which is characterized by a strategic border location, which is an important crossing point between Tunisia and Algeria, in addition to having a great tourist heritage represented in palm oases, sand dunes and the vastness of the desert, and a distinctive urban and architectural heritage.
Through this study, we will shed light on the Golden Gazelle complex, which is located in the city of El Oued, and highlight its role in achieving tourist attractions and its impact on various economic activities and infrastructure, and the extent of the local community’s participation in upgrading tourism activity by developing traditional industries and providing seasonal and permanent job opportunities, thus realizing the role of tourism activity.
