| dc.description.abstract | تؤكد الدراسات اليوم على الأثر الايجابي للمقاول على الاقتصاد. الجزائر تتسم بنقص الثقافة المقاولية، سبب ذلك يعود إلى كون المجتمع نشأ على أساس فكر اشتراكي ما جعل منحى المقاولية يسير بوتيرة جد ضعيفة. حاولت السلطات السياسية والادارية في الدولة تداركه من خلال إنشاء العديد من هيئات المرافقة الهادفة إلى بعث روح المقاولية ومرافقة المقاولين وبالتالي المساعدة على تنمية المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة، التي بقيت أرقامها ضعيفة. تتمحور إشكالية البحث في السؤال المحوري التالي: ما هو واقع المقاول في الجزائر؟ الإجابة على هذا التساؤل تتم اعتمادا على دراســـــة ميدانيــة استندت على استبيان وجه إلى عينة مكونة من 174 مقاول في الولايات الثلاث مجال الدراسة؛ قسنطينة ، ميلة وجيجل. Studies today confirm the positive impact of entrepreneurship on the economy. Algeria is characterized by a lack of entrepreneurial culture because society grew up on the basis of socialist thinking, which has made the direction of entrepreneurship at a very low pace. The authorities tried to remedy this by establishing several accompanying bodies aimed at reviving the spirit of entrepreneurship and accompanying entrepreneurs but did not take into account the different patterns of entrepreneurs. The problem of research revolved around the following pivotal question: what are the characteristics and specifications of the entrepreneur in Algeria? To answer this question, a field study based on a questionnaire handed to a sample of 174 entrepreneurs in the three states: Constantine, Mila, and Jijel. We found that there was a difference in the entrepreneur’s pattern from state to state. | ar |
