| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الذكاء الوجداني والاحتراق النفسي بأبعاده لدى المرأة العاملة بالمؤسسات التربوية ببلدية قالمة، كما سعت للكشف عن مستوى الذكاء الوجداني ومستوى الاحتراق النفسي وكذا الكشف عن الفروق في الذكاء الوجداني والاحتراق النفسي وفقا لمتغيرات سنوات الخدمة ونوع الوظيفة(أستاذة/ادارية)، ولأجلتحقيق هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي وذلك بتطبيق مقياس الذكاء الوجداني لفاروق السيد عثمان وعبد السميع رزق (2001) ومقياس الاحتراق النفسي لكريستينا ماسلاش على عينة قوامها (205) امرأة عاملة بالمؤسسات التربوية ببلدية قالمة، وقد أسفرت المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS.V25 على النتائج التالية: "توجد علاقة ارتباطية عكسية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكاء الوجداني والاحتراق النفسي لدى المرأة العاملة بالمؤسسات التربوية ببلدية قالمة. "توجد علاقة ارتباطية عكسية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الدرجة الكلية لمقياس الذكاء الوجداني ونقص الشعور بالإنجاز لدى المرأة العاملة بالمؤسسات التربوية ببلدية قالمة. "توجدعلاقة ارتباطية عكسية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الدرجة الكلية لمقياس الذكاء الوجداني وتبلد المشاعر لدى المرأة العاملة بالمؤسسات التربوية ببلدية قالمة. "توجد علاقة ارتباطية عكسية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الدرجة الكلية لمقياس الذكاء الوجداني والاجهاد الانفعالي لدى المرأة العاملة بالمؤسسات التربوية ببلدية قالمة. "مستوى الذكاء الوجداني لدى المرأة العاملة بالمؤسسات التربوية ببلدية قالمة متوسط. "مستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى المرأة العاملة بالمؤسسات التربوية ببلدية قالمة مرتفع. "عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول مستوى الذكاء الوجداني لدى المرأة العاملة بالمؤسسات التربوية ببلدية قالمة تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخدمة. "عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول مستوى الذكاء الوجداني لدى المرأة العاملة بالمؤسسات التربوية ببلدية قالمة تعزى لمتغير نوع الوظيفة(أستاذة/ادارية). "توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول مستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى المرأة العاملة بالمؤسسات التربوية ببلدية قالمةتعزى لمتغير نوع الوظيفة(أستاذة/إدارية). This study aimed to reveal the Relationship Between émotionnel intelligence and psychological burnout in its dimensions among women working in educational institutions in the municipality of Guelma. For this purpose, the descriptive approach was relied upon by applying the emotional intelligence scale of Farouk Al-Sayyid Othman and Abdel Samie Rizk (2001) and the psychological burnout scale of Christina Maslach on a sample of (205) women working in educational institutions in the municipality of Guelma. The treatment of the statistical data (using the SPSS.V25 program) gives the following results: "There is a statistically significant inverse correlation between emotional intelligence and psychological burnout among women working in educational institutions in the municipality of Guelma. "There is a statistically significant inverse correlation between the total score of the emotional intelligence scale and the lack of a sense of achievement among women working in educational institutions in the municipality of Guelma. "There is a statistically significant inverse correlation between the total score of the emotional intelligence scale and the dullness of feelings among women working in educational institutions in the municipality of Guelma. "There is a statistically significant inverse correlation between the total score of the emotional intelligence scale and emotional stress among women working in educational institutions in the municipality of Guelma. "The level of emotional intelligence of women working in educational institutions in the municipality of Guelma is average. "The level of psychological burnout among women working in educational institutions in the municipality of Guelma is high. "There are statistically significant differences about the level of emotional intelligence among working women in educational institutions in the municipality of Guelma due to the variable years of service. "There are statistically significant differences about the level of emotional intelligence among women working in educational institutions in the municipality of Guelma due to the variable of job type (professor/administrator). "There are statistically significant differences about the level of psychological burnout among working women in educational institutions in the municipality of Guelma due to the variable years of service. "There are statistically significant differences about the level of psychological burnout among women working in educational institutions in the municipality of Guelma due to the variable of job type (professor/administrator). Cette étude visait à révéler la relation entre l'intelligence émotionnelle et l'épuisement psychologique dans ses dimensions chez les femmes travaillant dans les établissements d'enseignement de la commune de Guelma. Pour cela, l'approche descriptive a été retenue en appliquant l'échelle d'intelligence émotionnelle de Farouk Al-Sayyid Othman et Abdel Samie Rizk (2001) et l'échelle d'épuisement psychologique de Christina Maslach sur un échantillon de (205) femmes travaillant dans des établissements d'enseignement en la commune de Guelma. Le traitement des données statistiques (à l'aide du programme SPSS.V25) donne les résultats suivants : "Il existe une corrélation inverse statistiquement significative entre l'intelligence émotionnelle et l'épuisement psychologique chez les femmes travaillant dans les établissements d'enseignement de la commune de Guelma. "Il existe une corrélation inverse statistiquement significative entre le score total de l'échelle d'intelligence émotionnelle et le manque de sentiment d'accomplissement chez les femmes travaillant dans les établissements d'enseignement de la commune de Guelma. "Il existe une corrélation inverse statistiquement significative entre le score total de l'échelle d'intelligence émotionnelle et la matité des sentiments chez les femmes travaillant dans les établissements d'enseignement de la commune de Guelma. "Il existe une corrélation inverse statistiquement significative entre le score total de l'échelle d'intelligence émotionnelle et le stress émotionnel chez les femmes travaillant dans les établissements d'enseignement de la commune de Guelma. "Le niveau d'intelligence émotionnelle des femmes travaillant dans les établissements scolaires de la commune de Guelma est moyen. "Le niveau d'épuisement psychologique chez les femmes travaillant dans les établissements d'enseignement de la commune de Guelma est élevé. "Il existe des différences statistiquement significatives sur le niveau d'intelligence émotionnelle chez les femmes qui travaillent dans les établissements d'enseignement de la commune de Guelma en raison des années de service variables. " Il existe des différences statistiquement significatives sur le niveau d'intelligence émotionnelle chez les femmes travaillant dans les établissements d'enseignement de la commune de Guelma en raison de la variable du type d'emploi (professeur/administrateur).
