Abstract
تعتبر المقاولاتية الزرقاء من المفاهيم حديثة الظهور والتي تقترن بالاقتصاد الاخضر لكونهما يهتمان بمجال الاستدامة البيئية وخلق الثروة من خلال الحفاظ على ثروات البيئة وتهتم المقاولاتية الزرقاء بكل ماهو بحري وتهدف الى الاستغلال الامثل للموارد البحرية من اجل تحقيق عوائد وخلق فرص للعمل وتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية، وتعتبر ريادة الأعمال الزرقاء فرصة لتحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي خاصة في الدول الريعية وتحقيق التكامل بين مختلف القطاعات .
تم التوصل من خلال هذا البحث الى ان المقاولاتية الزرقاء وبكل ماتحمله من ايجابيات وفرص لخلق التنويع وتحقيق التكامل بين مختلف القطاعات إلا انها لا تزال مجال خصب يصعب التحكم فيه خاصة وان الدراسات والتجارب في هذا المجال قليلة ومحدودة.
Blue entrepreneurship, which is closely associated with the green economy, is a relatively new concept that focuses on environmental sustainability and creating wealth through preserving environmental resources. Blue entrepreneurship encompasses all aspects related to the sea and aims to optimize the utilization of marine resources to generate returns, create job opportunities, and achieve economic development. Blue entrepreneurship is considered an opportunity to achieve economic diversification, especially in coastal countries, and to integrate different sectors.
Through this research, it has been found that blue entrepreneurship has several positives and opportunities for diversification and integration among various sectors. However, it remains a fertile field that is challenging to control, especially since studies and experiences in this field are limited and
scarce.
