| dc.description.abstract | يهدف هذا البحث إلى ابراز أهمية توفير الخدمات الإلكترونية الحكومية لمؤسسات الاعمال ومدى تطورها في بعض الدول الرائدة وكذا التي عرفت تحسن ملحوظ في هذا المجال، فكانت البداية مع التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: ما هو مستوى الخدمات الإلكترونية المقدمة لمؤسسات الأعمال بالجزائر في ظل جهود تطبيق الحكومة الالكترونية؟ وللإجابة على هذه الإشكالية قمنا بالإعتماد على الأسلوب الوصفي التحليلي لما ورد في الدراسات الحديثة، إضافة إلى التقارير الدولية ذات الصلة خلال الفترة 2012-2018 وبعد الدراسة والتحليل تم الخروج بنتائج أهمها أن الدول التي قامت بتحسين وتطوير خدماتها الإلكترونية الحكومية كان لها أثر ايجابي على تحسن مؤشر ممارسة الأعمال، وذلك على عكس الجزائر التي لازالت بعيدة عن المستوى المطلوب لتحقيق ذلك. The objective of this study is to shed light on the importance of egovernment services provided to businesses, and its development in leader countries, and those which experienced significant improvement. It also aims to highlight the lessons learned from studying the experiences of implementing e-government in some foreign and Arab countries compared to Algeria. Based on descriptive analysis method to the newly published studies, beside the most relevant international reports covering the period of 2012-2018.The author concluded that countries which have developed and improved their E-government services, have had a positive impact on business environment unlike Algeria which still occupying last Ranks due to the low index of communications infrastructure, human capital, and eparticipation, It hardly expresses the level of electronic readiness necessary to adopt the e-government system. | ar |
