dc.description.abstractتسعى هذه الدراسة إلى قياس دور الإبداع في عناصر المزيج التسويقي في تحسين الصورة الذهنية لمؤسسة كوندور ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قام الباحثين بجمع المعلومات اللازمة عن طريق تصميم أداة الدراسة المتمثلة في الاستبيان. و توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج: - وجود فروق معنوية بين تقييم الصورة الذهنية للمستهلكين كوندور ترجع لخصائصهم الديمغرافية؛ - وجود تأثير معنوي لمجمل عناصر الابداع في المزيج التسويقي على درجات تقييم الصورة الذهنية لمؤسسة كوندور. This study aims to evaluate the role of innovation in mareting mix elements in improving the mental image of Condor Company, and in order to achieve this objective, a questionnaire was developed and distributed in - Algeria, The main Findings of the study were - There are statistical significant differences of the mental image dimensions attributable to the sample demographics. - There is a significant impact of the total marketing innovation on the total dimensions of mental image
