This research work studies the nature and significance of the U.S.-Saudi Arabia relationship during Donald Trump administration; focusing on economy and security issues. It also analyses the main challenges that faced both countries and their impact on the future partnership between Washington and Riyadh. The work provides an historical overview of the Saudi-American relationship, the main factors that shape it, andthe prominent challenges that had been faced, principally, in advancing economy and boosting security.Amity between the two countries has dramatically grown into a special one under the US President Trump and Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince Mohamed bin Salman. In this regard, the work tackles the major milestones that featured that special bilateral tie. Overall, President Trump brought a new dynamic into the U.S.-Saudi relationship despite the serious challenges that took place during his administration. Yet, once again the special ties between Washington and Riyadh bends but never breaks.ar
