| dc.description.abstract | يتناول البحث دراسة أثر استخدام نظم المعلومات الإدارية في الأداء الفردي للعاملين في الإدارة المركزية لوزارة التعليم العالي في سورية, ويهدف إلى استطلاع مدى توفر كافة مستلزمات نظم المعلومات, وتحديد أثر كل منها على الأداء , وخلصت الباحثة لنتيجة توافر هذه النظم بكافة مستلزماتها في الوزارة بدرجة عالية, وإلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة احصائية لاستخدامها على الأداء الفردي للعاملين, وكان الأثر الأبرز للمستلزمات المادية تَلَتها البرمجية فَالبشرية. This research deals with the effect of using management information systems on the individual performance of workers in the central administration of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Syria, and aims to explore the availability of all requirements of management information systems, the effect of each of them on the performance. The researcher concluded with the result of the availability of administrative information systems with all their requirements in the ministry to a high degree and the existence of a statistically significant effect of the use of these systems on the individual performance of the employees. The most prominent effect of the material requirements was followed by the software and the human, while the organizational requirements did not show a statistically significant effect on performance. | |
