| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة مظاهر التجمع في صناعة النسيج الجزائرية، محاولة منا لتكييف هذا التركز المكاني عن طريق استراتيجية المنظمة العنقود، لزيادة تنافسية منظماته ورفع القدرة التصديرية لها، من خلال محاكاتنا لعنقود بانيبات للغزل والنسيج في الهند. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك العديد من مجمعات النسيج في الجزائر، ولكن ليس هناك في أي من هذه المجمعات تقسيم للعمل بين منظماتها، وليس لها اتصال مع منظمات علمية وهيئات دعم، ومن خلال مرورنا بالخبرة الهندية توصلنا إلى أن المنظمة العنقود تعمل على تحقيق وفورات الحجم، واستخدام التكنولوجيا المتطورة، توفير تخصص أكثر، مما يؤدي إلى رفع القدرة التصديرية، وقد أوصت الدراسة بأن مجمعات النسيج الجزائرية قد توحي ببداية لتكوين منظمات عنقود في حال تدخل الدولة. This study aims to know the appearances of clustering in the Algerian textile industry, trying to adapt this spatial concentration through the organization’s cluster strategy, to increase the competitiveness of its organizations and raise their export capacity, through the simulation of the textile cluster of Panipat in India. The study found that there are many textile complexes in Algeria, but in none of these complexes there is a division of work between their organizations, and they have no contact with scientific organizations and support bodies. Through the Indian experience, we concluded that the cluster organization is working to achieve economies of scale, use advanced technology, provide more specialization, which leads to raising the export capacity, and this study recommended that the Algerian textile complexes may in the beginning construction of cluster organizations in the event of state intervention. | ar |
